One of their notable innovations was the "Grandette" baby grand piano, designed to produce a rich and full sound despite its compact size. The company also incorporated several unique features, such as the patented "Violin Plate," which contributed to the exceptional sound quality and durability of their instruments.

Throughout their history, Kranich & Bach were awarded numerous patents and were considered ahead of their time in terms of design and engineering.
