This fully refurbished 1969 Yamaha G2 grand piano (5’8”) is a standout example from the early years of Yamaha’s major quality turnaround. Built just a few years after Yamaha's transformation in the mid-1960s, this piano showcases the clear, bright tone and responsive touch that helped Yamaha become one of the most respected names in the industry.

We performed a full refurbishment on this piano in our shop, including cleaning, reshaping hammers, pinning, regulation, alignment, lubrication, and tuning. It’s also been fully refinished, and the cabinet is in A+ condition—gorgeous inside and out. This piano now looks and plays like new, but at a fraction of the cost of a new Yamaha grand.
